SECRETARY/COORDINATOR

We are looking for a well-organized, confident and motivated individual to join our team as a Secretary / Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitudeand the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently with minimum supervision.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar secretarial, administrative or coordination role.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work beyond normal working hours when required.
• Professional attitude, reliability and a high level of discretion.
• Female candidates, below the age of 35
