We invite suitably qualified and confident individuals to apply for the Multiple Work Supervisor (Site Supervisor Tank Rehabilitation) positions to support achievement of our organizational objectives. Selected candidates will be required to actively participate in projects and programs undertaken by the Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau as and when required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Directly supervise daily construction activities at tank rehabilitation sites.
- Ensure workers follow approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Monitor material usage, workmanship, and productivity.
- Report site progress, issues, and resource needs to engineers.
- Assist in the measurement of completed works.
Maintain site discipline and safety compliance.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- NCT, Craft Certificate, or equivalent technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
- Adequate knowledge of construction practices and site safety procedures.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 02 years of experience in supervising construction or rehabilitation works is preferred.
- Experience in earthworks, bund strengthening, stone pitching, concrete repairs, sluice works, or canal construction preferred.
