Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment to the Post of Probation Officer Grade II in the Service Category 2 (Field/Office-Based Officer) – 2026
APPLICATIONS are invited from Sri Lankan citizens who have fulfilled the requisite qualifications mentioned in this notification to fill the vacancy (01) of Probation Officer Grade II in the Service Category 2 (Field/OfficeBased Officer) of the Department of Probation and Child
Care Services under the purview of Ministry of Women and Child Affairs. This examination will be conducted by the Commissioner General of Examinations in the month of July 2026 in Colombo. The Commissioner of the Department of Probation and Child Care Services has the authority to postpone or cancel this examination.
The application form has been published on the Sri Lanka Department of Examinations website www.donets.lk under “Online Application – Recruitment Exam/ E.B. Exam” under “Our Services” and applications can only be submitted online. The online application process will open on 30th of March month 2026 at 09.00 AM and will close on 27 of April month, 2026 at 09.00 PM.
