SLP Engineering Lanka (Pvt) Ltd (part of the SLP Group) is seeking a detail-oriented, professional Junior Executive – Compliance & ISO to manage Quality Management Systems (QMS), internal audits, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures that all business operations align with ISO standards, company policies, and relevant legal frameworks.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- ISO & Quality Management:
- Handle all matters related to the implementation and maintenance of ISO QMS standards and compliance.
- Handle and maintain documentation control.
- Auditing & Risk Management:
- Implement system audits and business practices.
- Oversee and conduct risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Top Management.
- Maintain overall supervision of planned annual audits and other relevant activities.
- Policy & Legal Compliance:
- Ensure all business operations strictly adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws and statutory regulations.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Fully or partially qualified in Human Resources, Finance, or Management.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Technical & Industry Knowledge:
- Knowledge of ISO standards and prior experience with internal or external ISO auditing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy is essential.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (both verbal and written).
- Age Limit: Below 30 years.
