Internship – Human Resources
Location: Haycarb Head Office, Colombo 10
Job Responsibilities
- Hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement
- Support Training & Development (T&D) initiatives such as training coordination, learning administration, and effectiveness tracking
- Involvement in HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management activities
- Participation in Employee Experience and Engagement initiatives
- Exposure to industrial HR practices through visits to factory locations as part of operational HR support
- Opportunity to work closely with HR stakeholders across business units
Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, T&D, and HR Operations
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel to factory locations as required
- Adaptable and willing to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Eagerness to learn modern HR practices and contribute to real business impact
