JOB ROLE
- Outbound call center agents re responsible for making outbound calls to prospects or customers
- Responsible for monitoring inbound phone calls, emails and online chat request and responding in a timely manner.
- Excellent customer service skills and solid problem solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
