Assistant Manager – Fabric Technology
What you will do:
- Plan and execute CBU Fabric Technology strategies. covering RM lead times, risk assessment, quality. supply, profitability, SRM, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive fabric development for customer accounts to meet lead time and quality targets.
- Ensure delivery of bulk outputs, including risk management, OTD/OTIF, profitability, and inspection compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to achieve CBU goals.
- Lead the CBU Fabric Technology team.
Ideal profile:
- Master’s Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physical science or Textile technology or Business Administration or any other relevant stream
- 6 to 8+ years of relevant experience in the Supply Chain/ merchandising function, with strong technical knowledge of raw materials, fabric technology / RM inspection processes and commercial acumen
In this role, you will oversee fabric development and bulk delivery for the CBU, including mill evaluations, risk assessment, supply, troubleshooting, profitability. SRM, and compliance. Leads Fabric Technology and RM Inspection teams, while ensuring adherence to organizational Health & Safety guidelines, protocols, and responsibilities.
