LEAD GENERATIVE VISUAL SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Graphic Designer to lead visual innovation and direct our generative design pipelines. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative direction and advanced AI technologies establishing visual benchmarks, architecting scalable production workflows, and delivering high-impact campaign assets for multi-channel digital, broadcast, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Direction & Asset Generation: Direct and execute high-concept visual storytelling, key visuals, character consistency, and campaign artwork using advanced AI frameworks (Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly).
• Workflow Architecture & Automation: Develop and standardize prompt architecture, node-based generation pipelines (ComfyUI), custom LoRA training, and upscaling/control models (ControlNet, IP-Adapter) to ensure production scalability and brand consistency.
• Post-Production & Art Finishing: Lead complex multi-layer compositing, retouching, typography integration, and color grading in Adobe Creative Suite to ensure pixel-perfect, broadcast-ready deliverables.
• Team Mentorship & Standards: Mentor junior/mid-level designers in prompt engineering, QA standards, and AI post-processing workflows; conduct creative reviews to maintain top-tier visual fidelity.
• Tooling R&D: Evaluate emerging generative models, video synthesis tools, and API integrations to continuously evolve the organization’s creative tech stack.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-6+ years in graphic design, digital art direction, or advertising agencies, with a proven track record of integrating Generative AI into commercial client/brand workflows.
• Technical Depth: Expert-level mastery of prompt engineering, ControlNet, IPAdapter, inpainting/outpainting, and advanced generation platforms (Flux, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion ecosystem).
• Design Excellence: Exceptional command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, After Effects) with deep expertise in layout, color theory, lighting, and typography.
• Leadership & Execution: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level marketing briefs into cohesive visual concepts under tight deadlines while managing end-toend creative quality.
