MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The duties and responsibilities relevant to the position of Maintenance Supervisor among others are;
- Coordinate and inspect the repairs and maintains the electrical, HVAC, Generator, CCTV, Solar PV, Gondola Systems, Plumbing, Mechanical and other related systems in the head office building and outside departments and branches.
- Plan and manage engineering shift operations, services to ensure uninterrupted machine availability and utility services.
- Coordinate service and maintenance activities within budget and quality expectations.
- Any other official duties and responsibilities entrusted by the Bank which is within the capability and/or expertise of the employee to perform.
- Ensure that facilities are in a good and safe condition at all times.
- Adhere to rules and regulations imposed by the Bank time to time.
Qualifications
- Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Should possess a NVQ Level-5 / Diploma in Electrical or Facilities Maintenance (Electrical).
Experience
- Should possess a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the building maintenance field/ industry experience and experience in high-rise buildings MEP equipment maintenance.
