Junior Executive – Digital COЕ
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT teams and other specialists to provide leadership and executive support to project teams in deploying planned IT system solutions related to the Life Operations Division.
- Maintain records pertaining to IT project developments and organize and participate in regular meetings.
- Assist in process and system development activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when collaborating with various departments and external vendors.
- Monitor the effectiveness of digital initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to identify areas for process optimization and implement digital solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Pre-requisites
- Basic Diploma/Higher Diploma in Information Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance sector, preferably in the Life IT or Life Operations Division.
- Sound knowledge of Life Operations technical functions will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with various departments to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies such as automation, Al, and data analytics.
- Insurance qualifications such as SLII/CII Diploma will be an added advantage.
- Basic project management skills to coordinate and deliver digital projects on time and within scope
