- Assist in the preparation and organization of new hire orientations and onboarding sessions
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain the company’s employer branding strategy
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- An undergraduate who follows a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or an Institute
- Dynamic individual with good interpersonal skills and ability to build pleasant relationships across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power- Point) is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
