MILCO is the pioneer in local dairy industry with a wide network in milk collection, production and sales throughout the island with “Highland” brand. It has four milk processing factories located in Colombo, Digana, Ambewela and Polonnaruwa. We are looking for dynamic & competent individuals to join our team.
Applications are called for under-mentioned Positions to be filled on Fixed Term Contract basis.
Asst. Manager – Production (MM 1-1)
Qualifications/Experience (1 or 2 below):
- A Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology/Food Science/Food Nutrition/ Agriculture/ Animal Science/Chemistry/Bio System Technology/ Production or Manufacturing related Engineering which is recognized by U.G.C. of Sri Lanka.
AND
A Minimum of One (01) year post qualifying experience in the relevant field to the post, after obtaining the first degree. - Having obtained a certificate of proficiency in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Nutrition/ Agriculture/ Animal Husbandry/ Quality Management, not below than the National Vocational Qualification Level 7, issued by a Technical/ Vocational Training Institute accepted by Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.
AND
A Minimum of One (01) year post qualifying experience in Public Service, a Corporation, Statutory Board/Institution or a reputed. Private Institution
Age – 22-45 yrs.
