Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned branch KPIs as per the set annual objectives.
- Responsible in leading management initiatives and training initiatives.
- Development of monthly and annual business plans/strategies of the distribution unit.
- Visit customers and promote identified AIA financial plans with unit staff, when necessary, in the form of field coaching/ joint field work.
Candidates are required to have
- Preferably Graduates/equivalent or more than 05 years working experience in sales in finance/ Insurance sector.
- Market orientation and selling skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
