Naturalist

  • A qualification in Environmental Studies, Zoology, Botany, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a naturalist, environmental educator, or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka’s biodiversity, particularly in the Nuwara Eliya region
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for conservation, Adventures, and environmental sustainability
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a significant advantage

Receptionist

  • Opera PMS experience
  • Night audit and payment handling
  • Ability to manage guest requests efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional foreign languages will be an added advantage)
  • A warm, professional, and guest-focused personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • A diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage

Room Reservation Agent

  • Handle room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Ensure accurate data entry and update of bookings in the system (Opera PMS knowledge preferred)
  • Provide detailed information about room categories, rates, and hotel facilities
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage amendments, cancellations, and special requests efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
  • Monitor availability and maximize room revenue opportunities

  • Excellent communication and public relations skills
  • Guest request handling
  • Presentable and professional appearance
