We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive, Human Resources to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of
Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka’s largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, HR administration and operations.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, documentation, and
onboarding. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date colleague records, personal files, HRIS entries, and attendance data.
- Assist in planning and executing colleague engagement initiatives, internal events, communication activities, and recognition programs.
- Generate and analyze HR reports, attendance data, and other people-related insights to support HR decision-making.
- Handle colleague inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely follow-ups and a high level of service.
- Contribute to HR audits, compliance processes, reporting cycles, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role within hospitality, service, or a fast-paced organizational environment.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality at all times.
