Management Trainee – Human Resources
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource from recognized University, or CIPM qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Recent graduate or final-year undergraduate with a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take on professional challenges.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous internship experience and exposure to HR functions will be considered an added advantage.
