Applications are hereby invited from Sri Lankan citizens for the following vacancies available at the National Building Research Institute (NBRI).
1. Management Assistant (Non-Technical) MA 1-2, (Grade III) (14 posts)
External :
Educational Qualifications
(a) G.C.E. (O.L) Examination,
- Sinhala/ Tamil/ English
- Mathematics
A pass in six (06) subjects at once with credit passes in four (04) subjects including.
and
(b) G.C.E. (A/L) Examination in three (03) subjects.
Internal :
Educational Qualifications
(a) Must have passed six (06) subjects with credit passes in four (04) subjects including Sinhala/ Tamil/ English and Mathematics at the G.C.E. (O.L.) Examination.
And
Have completed a minimum of five (05) years of satisfactory service on a permanent basis in a post in the Primary Grades (Non-Technical/Semi-Technical) Service Category of the National Institute of Higher Education.
Salary Scale:
Management Assistant, MA 1-2 (iii) Service Category (Rs. 46,220 – 10x 540 – 7x 630 -12 x 1080 -12x 1280 – 84,350/-)
Basic Salary Step: Rs. 43,312 /- (As per Schedule II of Management Services Circular No. 01/2025)
Age:
Must not be less than 18 years and not more than 45 years. The maximum age limits mentioned herein are not applicable for internal applicants.
