China Sri Lanka Joint Research and Demonstration Centre (JRDC) is a newly established research laboratory facilitated with sophisticated Analytical Instruments in association with the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China.
Applications are hereby invited from citizens of Sri Lanka to join us.

This interview is to select the potential candidates and recruitments will be made as per the requirement of the institute.
Duly filled applications downloaded from the Ministry/JRDC/University of Peradeniya website with complete Bio-Data along with copies of all relevant testimonials should be sent under registered post to reach the Secretary, Ministry of Housing, Construction and Water Supply, 2nd Floor, “Sethsiripaya”, Stage I, Battaramulla on or before 06th of May 2026.
The post applied for should be marked with the position applied for – JRDC (Ex: Scientist – JRDC) on the top left-hand corner of the envelope. Applications without the attached relevant certificate will be rejected. Applicant from the University System / Government Departments / Corporations and Statutory Boards should channel their applications through the Heads of respective Institutes.
Illegible & incomplete applications, and applications received after the closing date will be rejected without intimation. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview.
