Qualifications and Experience
External Applicants
- Passed in six (06) subjects at the General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) Examination with credit passes in 04 subjects including English, Sinhala/Tamil.
- And
Passed in the General Certificate of Education (A. Level). - Ability to work with ERP System is considered a special qualification.
Internal Applicants
- External qualifications and not less than five (05) years of satisfactory service in a position in the Primary Service Category at Kalubowitiyana Tea Factory Company Limited.
Age
- Must be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years. Maximum age limit does not apply to internal applicants.
