Assistant Manager/Manager (Factory) (Permanent/Contract)
Applications are invited from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the post of Assistant Manager/Manager at Kalubowitiyana Tea Factory Ltd., a well-known tea manufacturing company.
Qualifications and Experience
External Applicants
- A degree in Agriculture/Plantation Management from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission.
And
At least 01 year of experience in tea production after obtaining qualifications.
Internal Applicants
Must have completed external qualifications or have completed not less than 05 years of satisfactory service in a Junior Managerial Service Category (JM 1-1) at Kalubowitiyana Tea Factory Ltd.
Age
Must not be less than 22 years and not more than 45 years. The maximum age limit does not apply to internal applicants.
Monthly Salary Scale
Salaries and allowances will be paid as per Management Services Circular 1/2025.
MM 11- 2025 6. 91,690/- 10 x 2,480/- 15 x 3,450/- 168,240/-
In addition to salary, a living allowance of Rs. 17,800.00 will be paid.
