The Uva Provincial Council Public Service Commission has called for applications for the Open Competitive Examination for recruitment to the Post of Management Service Officer (MSO) Service Grade III in the Uva Provincial Council Public Service

Eligibility Criteria
- Be a Sri Lankan citizen.
- Be between 18 and 30 years of age as of 26 June 2026.
- Be of good character.
- Be physically and mentally fit for service anywhere within the Uva Province.
- Have resided continuously in the Uva Province for at least three years before the closing date.
- Possess the required educational qualifications.
Educational Qualifications
- G.C.E. O/L: Passed the G.C.E. O/L Examination in six (06) subjects at one sitting with credit passes in four (04) subjects, including Language (Sinhala / Tamil / English) and Mathematics.
AND - G.C.E. A/L: Passed all subjects (except General Examination and General English) in the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination in one sitting.
Examination Structure
The competitive examination will be conducted in Sinhala, Tamil, and English. Applicants must select one language medium when submitting their application and answer all examination papers in the selected language. Once the application is submitted, the chosen language medium cannot be changed.
Age Limit
Age should be between 18 – 30 years as at the closing date of applications
