TECHNICIAN

SLT the nation’s leading ICT and digital services provider is looking for talented, innovative, passionate and qualified individuals to join our dynamic Operational team. Applications are invited from suitably candidates who possess recognized technical competencies and qualifications in the relevant fields stated in the advert.

Personal Profile

1. 06 Passes at the G.C.E. (O/L) exam including Sinhala/ Tamil and English Language and Mathematics and 03 credit passes in one sitting.
   AND
2. Applicant should possess a Skilled Competence Certificate issued by NAITA in the relevant field, equivalent to NVQ Level 4, such as
   Mechanical, Automobile, Telecommunication. Electrical, Electronics, ICT, Power, Air Conditioning (AC). Civil. or a related technical field.
   OR
3. Registration at Engineering Council, Sri Lanka as an “Engineering Technician”.
   AND
4. Possess a valid driving license to drive minimum “B” vehicle class motor vehicles.

The Offers/Conditions

• Appointment will be on contract basis for 2 years period.
• Upper age is 35 years as at application closing date.
• Selection will be made through skill assessment test/trade test and an interview.
• Should have a good character with excellent discipline.
• Placement will be subject to organizational operational priorities.
