Management Trainee/Legal and Compliance

This structured 12 months Management Trainee Programme offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience across legal, compliance, governance, and risk management functions while developing into a future business leader.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assisting in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Conducting legal research on laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to higher education and institutional operations.
- Assisting in preparing legal summaries, research notes, letters, notices, and other documents under the guidance of the Legal Officer.
- Assisting with matters relating to institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance applicable to the education sector.
- Supporting the Legal Officer in preparing documentation for meetings, inquiries, and other institutional proceedings when required.
- Performing other legal and administrative duties assigned by the Legal Officer.
Minimum Requirements:
- Outstanding fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Individuals with a keen interest in Legal, Compliance, Governancе.
- Highly ethical and integrity-driven professionals.
- Analytical minds with business insight.
- Strong communication skills.
