Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Improve profitability and achieve the supermarket’s sales target
• Deal with all complaints, inquiries and other relevant customer service issues
• Organize training, orientation and supervision of the store team
• Roster Management
• Assign and schedule tasks to specific employees and follow up on the results they generate
• Complete all operational requirements of the store
• Initiate corrective actions, analyze variances, schedule expenses and achieve other financial objectives of the store.
• Maintain satisfactory customer service and be alert to suspicious incidents and individuals and take appropriate action.
