Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations
- Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve outlet goals
- Monitor inventory, hygiene, and safety standards
- Support training and development of team members
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
