Responsibilities
- Checking and maintaining personal files of all employees
- Updating old and new employee details to the system
- Overlooking contract basis employees and reminding for all contract renewals of contract basis employees
- Supporting and following up the evaluation process of casual to permanate
- Assisting and collaborating with team members
- Coordinate company events
Qualifications and Experience
- Pursuing a diploma in HR, Management, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Ability to work closely with operational teams and handle multiple tasks.
- Excel knowledge is a must.
