Premium Auto Parts (Pvt) Ltd, a pioneer in the motor spare parts trading industry, is seeking a dynamic and reliable “Office Assistant” to support daily administrative operations, banking activities, and general office functions.

The Job
- Handle company banking activities, including cash and cheque deposits, withdrawals, and document submissions.
- Deliver and collect documents from banks, government institutions, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Assist with general office administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
- Support HR, Finance, and other departments with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate office errands and ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
- Maintain office records and ensure proper organization of documents.
- Assist in purchasing office supplies and monitoring inventory.
- Perform any other office-related duties assigned by the management.
The Person
- G.C.E. (O/L) or G.C.E. (A/L) qualification. Minimum O/L qualification is required.
- Valid motorbike riding licence (mandatory).
- Prior experience in office support, administration, or messenger/banking duties is an advantage.
- Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
- Good knowledge of Colombo roads and surrounding areas.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Battaramulla, Angoda, Rajagiriya,
- Rathmalana, Borella, or nearby areas.
- Age below 45 years.
