The selected candidate will be responsible for,

The overall performance of the assigned branch (Lending / Fixed deposits / Gold Loan)
Ensure all the operations of the assigned branch run smoothly and efficiently, according to the company’s code of conduct, processes, and procedures.
Should display maturity, overall administrative skills and maintain sound relationships with all business partners and other internal and external parties.
Should possess a thorough know-how in carrying out credit appraisals/evaluations, deposit mobilization, pawning etc.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Minimum of 05 years banking/financial experience out of which 02 years as Assistant Manager/Manager level overlooking branch operations in reputed finance company/bank.
An outstanding personality with the ability to work long hours and be able to lead and motivate a young and energetic team of employees to achieve the branch overall goals and objectives.
Preference will be given to individuals who can converse fluently in English, Sinhala/Tamil based on the demographics.
Full/part qualification in Banking and/or Marketing/Credit is an added advantage for the position.
