We are currently looking for a dynamic and resultoriented individual to fulfill the following position.

Officer / Executive – Motor Underwriting

The Role

• Work involves in handling of motor underwriting of products including underwriting ofnew / Renewal and issuing of quotations.
• The applicant should be responsible, efficient and should work under supervision of the respective superiors
• Maintain and develop efficient and profitable underwriting practices
• Communicating relevant information, respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.
• Monitor the procession progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements, and Ensure adherence to the laws and policies.
• Handle the processing with accuracy and timeliness

The Profile

• Should have successfully completed the G.C.E. (A/L) examination and males preferred, Age should be below 30 years of age.
• Minimum of 02 – 04 years’ experience in Motor Underwriting is mandatory.
• A Degree/Diploma in insurance or an equivalent academic qualification will be an added advantage
• Part qualification in Insurance exams would be a distinct advantage
• Ability to manage time effectively & Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business objectives
• Presentation skills and ability to apply IT knowledge in day to day job function will be an added advantage.
