We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented individual to fill the following position immediately
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Assist in coordinating training programs and maintaining training records.
- Assist in creating HR reports or presentations as needed.
- Support other HR-related activities, such as performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Diploma or any other professional qualification in HRM.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
- Age between 25-30.
- Very good knowledge in MS office package.
- Good communication skills
- Positive work attitude with a result-oriented mindset.
- Preferably a male candidate.
- Living in close proximity to Colombo.
