INTERN – HUMAN RESOURCES
We have an exciting opportunity for a Intern, Human Resources to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka’s largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
- Verify attendance, timesheets, and payroll-related data for accuracy.
- Support data entry and maintain up-to-date payroll records.
- Assist in responding to employee payroll-related inquiries.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Finance teams as required.
Skills & Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
