Graduate Trainee – Business Analytics

As a Graduate Trainee – Business Analytics, you will report to the Manager – Business Analytics and will be responsible for circulating required reports without disruption, in order to support and facilitate effective management decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Implement assigned data analytics business projects for the Brandix Analytics CoE, including identification of business problems, analyzing data sources, development of analytics models
- Leveraged Python to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for processing unstructured data, visualizing the resulting insights in Power BI to enhance decision-making accuracy
- Present project findings / recommendations to business users, including visualization & sharing of analytics insights, hand-holding for implementation, monitoring benefits realization
- Work with the internal and external stake holders, including cross functional project teams, ICT, Ascent
Qualifications
- Graduates who are specialized in data analytics and possess strong knowledge of and experience with Power BI, Python and Git Hub
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy will be an advantage
- A structured and disciplined work approach
- The ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time
- Proficiency in the English language with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
