Drive revenue by selling premium digital advertising solutions across Hiru Digital platforms, including video ads, branded content, sponsorships, and other digital advertising opportunities.

Assistant Sales Manager – Digital Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Service and manage existing clients through regular meetings, follow-ups, and campaign discussions
• Identify, approach, and develop new clients across different industries
• Present digital advertising opportunities such as pre-rolls, mid-rolls, video inventory, and branded placements
• Build strong relationships with brand managers, agencies, and decision-makers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Provide clients with suitable digital media solutions based on their marketing goals

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in media sales, digital sales, agency sales, advertising, or client servicing
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet clients confidently and build long-term business relationships
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to generate new business
• Good understanding of digital advertising will be an added advantage
• Energetic, professional, and willing to grow in Sri Lanka’s digital media industry
