Business Development Associate – (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Responsibilities

Visit prospective customers in assigned areas.
Build up strong business relationships with prospective channels/customers.
Expand the Bank’s market share in assigned products and aggressive acquisition of new to Bank relationships.
Promote Bank’s remittance channels among migrant workers.
Follow up and get the CASAs funded through inward remittances.
Build and consistently maintain a positive image of the Bank in the assigned area.
Understand and identify key market needs, customer behavior and give insights to support new and existing product development.
Liaise with other private and local institutions in the area for support in acquiring customers.
Prepare reports and monitor new transactions and activate inactivate accounts.

The Person

An energetic & outgoing personality with a passion for Relationship Management & Business canvassing.
Minimum of 5 credit passes at G.C.E O/L, Edexcel, or Cambridge O/L, including English & Mathematics, and 3 passes at G.C.E A/L, Edexcel, or Cambridge A/L, excluding General English.
Full or part qualification specialized in marketing will be an added advantage.
Previous Internship experience, experience in Sales, Marketing, or client engagement is preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills with a flair for building strong business connections.
A good team player with a positive attitude.
