Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of 5 credit passes at G.C.E. O/L, Edexcel, or Cambridge O/L and Very Good(B) passes including English and Mathematics, and 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L, Edexcel, or Cambridge A/L, excluding General English
- Smart, energetic, and pleasant personality, below 24 years of age
- Strong communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work at various branch locations across the island
- IT literacy and proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil
