EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES

Join our dynamic team and be a part of a leading financial institution. We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the above position in the Human Resource Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee probation, confirmation, contract renewal, extension, and termination evaluation processes.
• Facilitate annual, mid-year, and probation performance evaluations, ensuring timely completion and compliance with established timelines.
• Manage the issuance, maintenance, and periodic review of Job Descriptions (JDs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare evaluation reports, performance-related correspondence, and management submissions to support decision-making.
• Support staff promotion, career development, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
• Administer and support HR systems, including performance management and learning management modules.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, labour regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Contribute to HR process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, and continuous enhancement of employee experience and HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, especially MS Excel)
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Maximum age limit is 35 years.
