Management Trainee
Job Role
- Support the translation of corporate strategic priorities into structured action plans, initiatives and measurable KPIs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, inefficiencies and optimization opportunities across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Actuarial, Marketing, HR, IT and Administration to drive integrated performance outcomes.
- Analyse operational and financial data to generate actionable insights that enhance efficiency, cost optimization and service delivery.
- Participate in change management initiatives by supporting communication, stakeholder engagement and implementation tracking.
- Undertake strategic research, market analysis and benchmarking exercises to support business decision-making.
Job Pre-requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional qualifications or certifications in Strategy, Analytics, Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma or Business Transformation will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience within the General Insurance or broader Financial Services sector will be considered an added advantage.
