Job Role
As a Graduate / Undergraduate Trainee in the field of Data Privacy, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the protection of personal data and the implementation of privacy best practices across the organization. This role is designed for motivated Graduates / Undergraduates who are passionate about privacy, regulatory compliance, and responsible data handling. The Graduate / Undergraduate Trainee will work closely with experienced professionals, gain exposure to real-world privacy challenges and develop practical skills in privacy governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and improving the organization’s Data Privacy Management Framework.
- Support privacy compliance activities in line with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
- Assist in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
- Participate in reviewing business processes to identify privacy risks and recommend mitigations.
- Assist in maintaining records of processing activities and data inventories.
- Support the investigation and documentation of privacy incidents and data breaches.
- Contribute to monitoring compliance with internal privacy policies, standards, and procedures.
- Assist in handling data subject requests, including access, correction, and deletion requests.
- Help review contracts, agreements, and third-party engagements for privacy requirements.
- Participate in awareness and training initiatives to promote a strong privacy culture.
