Job Profile

• Client Onboarding and Integration: Support and lead end-to-end H2H and API implementations, working with Technology, Relationship and Branch teams to increase digital adoption, achieve business targets and deepen client relationships.
• Technical Liaison and Scoping: Assess client ERP and integration requirements, prepare clear business and technical specifications and coordinate delivery with IT and Development teams.
• First-Line Technical Support: Act as the primary support contact for H2H and API clients, investigating transaction and connectivity issues before escalating complex incidents.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct UAT for new integrations, API capabilities and enhancements, document findings and coordinate issue resolution before client rollout.
• Performance Optimisation: Monitor system availability, transaction success rates and error trends to identify service gaps and recommend improvements to performance and customer experience.

Applicant’s Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (UGC recognized).
• Experience: 2 – 4 years in the financial industry, with a focus on system integration, technical customer service, or digital platforms.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to Cash Management and Digital Banking platforms is highly preferred. Familiarity with API integrations is a distinct advantage.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to drive projects from inception to completion with rigorous follow-up.
• Problem-Solving & Client Focus: Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide effective technical workarounds while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
