DEPOSITS ASSISTANT/JUNIOR EXECUTIVE
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for receiving and processing customer deposits accurately, ensuring compliance and delivering professional, customer-focused service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process cash, cheque, and electronic deposit transactions
- Verify deposit information and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist customers with deposit inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal/regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with branches on transaction-related issues
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information
- Perform other operational duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Banking, Finance, or related field preferred
EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience in banking, finance, or deposit handling
- Experience in an audit firm or financial institution is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of KYC/AML and financial regulations
