Job Description:
- Efficiently handle inbound/ outbound calls with professionalism
- Deliver effective customer solutions for inquiries
- Work on a shift basis, including weekends, public holidays and night shifts
Location – Colombo
Who we’re looking for:
- Age between 21 to 35 years
- Passed G.C.E. O/L, Edexcel or Cambridge O/L with “Credit” passes in Mathematics and English
- Minimum one year of work experience preferred; prior experience in a customer service, contact center/call center or telemarketing/sales role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills (trilingual or bilingual candidates are preferred)
