Key Responsibilities
1. Product Promotion and Customer Awareness
- Identify appropriate target customer groups and introduce microfinance services to them and provide them with a good understanding of how to use the services properly.
2. Customer Relations
- Build and maintain close and trusting relationships with customers by maintaining polite and friendly communication
3. Identifying customer needs
- Identifying the specific needs of customers and suggesting the most suitable banking products to meet them
4. Credit Appraisal
- Conducting observations to collect data required for making lending decisions and examining loan applications and submitting recommendations to the Branch Manager
5. Institutional Coordination
- Coordinating between the Bank and various government and non-government institutions to assist customers.
6. Loan Monitoring
- Recommendation for loan disbursement in phases and checking to ensure that the loan amount is being used properly for the purpose for which it was obtained.
7. Market Awareness
- Identifying marketing opportunities and business partnerships to prospective buyers and informing them about the finished products.
8. Loan Collection and Deposit Collection
- Meeting with borrowers to collect and recover loans, as well as collecting deposits (cash) at the village level based on their income generation activities.
9. Field Operations and Reporting
- Collecting data, submitting reports and maintaining field records in accordance with the rules of the bank.
10. Other Duties
- Performing any other task or field assignment as directed by the Branch Manager.
