Assistant Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage overall operational functions of the Branch
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving business targets
- Achieve operational goals & maintain regulatory standards of the Branch
- Ensure compliance with operating policies, guidelines, procedures and external regulatory requirements
- Continuous improvement of customer service at the Branch to maximize customer satisfaction & retention
- Manage the team effectively to enhance the motivational level
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in a commercial bank, out of which at least 2 years of exposure as an Executive
- Full/Part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification
- Excellent knowledge in banking operations
- A team player, with a performance driven and service-oriented mindset
