What You’ll Do:
- Handle Inbound Calls
- Identify Client Needs
- Research and Resolve Issues
- Upsell and Cross-Sell
Work Schedule:
- Work any 5 days of the week, in 8 hour shifts
- Enjoy additional allowances for weekend and holiday shifts!
