Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage finance-related operations in accordance with the Company’s corporate financial policies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting of sales and capture of financial data.
• Handle customer settlements, invoice processing, payment arrangements, and settlement of advances.
• Perform reconciliations of customer, supplier, bank, and general ledger accounts, taking corrective action to resolve outstanding items.
• Support treasury operations, including funds positioning and the analysis of cash inflows and outflows to ensure optimal funding.
• Perform other finance-related functions as assigned, in line with the Company’s financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 6 Passes at GCE Ordinary level (O/Ls) with 4 Credits, including Mathematics in one sitting and English (obtained at any sitting) with 3 passes at GCE Advance Level (A/Ls )in Mathematics /Science/or Commerce stream with 3 years of experience in finance or finance related field.

OR

• 6 passes at GCE Ordinary level (O/Ls) with 4 Credits, including Mathematics in one sitting and English (obtained at any sitting) with a full or part- professional qualification in finance with 2 years of experience in finance or finance related field.
