The Employees’ Trust Fund Board (ETFB) is a Sri Lankan state-owned enterprise that manages the Employees’ Trust Fund (ETF), the country’s second-largest retirement fund. Established on March 1, 1981, under the Employees’ Trust Fund Act No. 46 of 1980, it operates under the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development.
