Join our dynamic team as an Intern Payroll Coordinator, where you’ll play a vital role in managing intern payroll and administrative processes. You will coordinate and process monthly No Pay sheets, manage attendance corrections, and handle intern extensions, terminations, and resignations with effectively. Additionally, you’ll conduct payroll induction sessions for new interns, ensuring they are well-versed in payroll and attendance procedures. Maintaining and updating the intern budget and headcount tracker will also be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring accurate records of joiners, extensions, and departures.
The ideal candidate will be a fresh Graduate or currently pursuing a Degree or a Professional Qualification in Human Resources or Business Management, along with strong communication skills.
