OPEN COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF GRADE III OF THE SRI LANKA INLAND REVENUE SERVICE 2026

Applications are hereby invited from qualified citizens of Sri Lanka on an open basis for the competitive examination conducted to recruit 200 candidates to the existing vacancies in Grade III posts of the Inland Revenue Department, subject to the qualifications specified below.

1. In this notice “Secretary” shall mean the “Secretary to the Ministry in-Charge of the subject of Public Administration.” “Service” shall mean the “Sri Lanka Inland Revenue Service” at the instances not specified in other way.
2. The appointments through this examination shall be made to Grade III of Sri Lanka Inland Revenue Service. Recruitments shall be made on the results of a written examination and a general interview.

Online applications shall be accepted with effect from the Monday immediately following the Friday on which this Gazette Notice is published.

The application for this examination has been made available on the website of the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka, www.doenets.lk, under
“Our Services” section in the “Online Applications (Recruitment/ EB Exams)” portal. Applications shall be accepted only through the online application system.
