Office Assistant (Paliyagoda)
The selected applicant must supervise the day-to-day service activities of the institution and directly contribute to the continuous growth of the institution by ensuring its efficiency and maintaining the highest quality of customer service.
Responsibilities of this position
- Document and record management
- Delivery of documents to head office and receipt of documents from head office.
- Assist with daily office work flow
(Office Supplies and Inventory Management, Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills Courier, Postal and Dispatching etc.) - Collection of debt payments.
Qualifications
- Having passed G.E.C. O/L
- Having previous experience as an office worker in a suitable field.
- Ability to handle computers is an added advantage.
- Having a valid driving license,
- Age Being an applicant between 22-40.
