Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive branch audits within the assigned cluster to ensure operational compliance
- Prepare and submit detailed audit reports to the Retail Business Department
- Monitor and ensure that all high-risk findings are rectified as required
- Verify that allother audit findings are fully addressed and completed within the stipulated time line
- Perform in-depth analysis on high-risk findings to identify underlying causes and prevent recurrence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in Banking/Finance out of which approximately 2 years exposure to branch operations
- Experience in branch audits will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Full / part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification
- Strong analytical capability and a control-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
